Our nylon wheels are 100% washable and steam-cleanable, making them ideal for hygiene-sensitive industries. Built for performance, they resist grease, oils, chemicals, cleaning agents, salt, blood, and brine. Unlike rubber wheels, they won’t flat-spot under heavy loads—even after long periods of static pressure.
V-groove wheels are designed to guide equipment by rolling on inverted angle iron track. Please note if more than one track is being used, it is critical for the tracks to be parallel, strait and level. Otherwise the wheels could bind or derail. Recommend track tolerance is 1/64″ per 20 Feet.
